Area Sales Manager (Construction/Building Materials)

Covering NI

Up to £45k with OTE c£70k + benefits, car etc

We are working with a leader in the supply of construction materials with a rich heritage across Europe to recruit for their new Area Sales Manager to cover primarily NI market.

Home based and reporting to / supported by the Commercial Manager you will play a key role in delivery sales and developing opportunities for new and existing customers across the market, this will include;

• To implement an effective sales strategy


• To develop new sales opportunities and increase market share throughout the island of Ireland


• Provide expert support and customer care on products


• To deliver CPD presentations and specifications to Architects and other professional organisations.


• To complete monthly project log, weekly call report, sales data base


• On site assistance as and when required

What we are looking for…

• At least 2 years’ experience working within the construction sales market, ideally with experience of the building material


• Knowledge and understanding of the Construction industry functions and roles


• Confident IT skills
