Telesales Executive

Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Outbound Telesales Executive to join their high-performing sales team. This role is an excellent fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and possesses a strong passion for selling impactful advertising solutions. As a key player in their growth, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, making outbound calls to potential clients, and pitching their outdoor advertising offerings across various locations nationwide.

Our client aims to solve the outdoor advertising needs of both local and national businesses. They provide a range of advertising options, including 96 sheet, 48 sheet, and 32 sheet billboards situated in London, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, and the Midlands. Their comprehensive service encompasses everything from printing and installation to campaign planning assistance, ensuring their clients receive maximum effectiveness from their advertising while saving them the hassle of dealing with multiple suppliers.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a telesales or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
  • Resilient attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with outdoor advertising solutions (desirable but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Present and pitch their outdoor advertising solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients.
